If you’re one of the many to make a fortune on Bitcoin and are looking to invest your crypto into real estate, we have the place for you. A stunning Beverly Hills mansion is on the market and can be paid for in Bitcoin. 1,000 Bitcoin to be exact. Or if you prefer the old fashion method of cold hard cash, you’ll have to stump up $65 million.
Named “Elemnti,” the luxurious abode was designed by Michael Chen and is inspired by the Californian coast with an Asian twist. The sprawling 18,000-foot residence is entered via a floating marble bridge over water that leads you to the imposing front door.
Inside you’ll find marble and stone are key to the aesthetic, with the large open spaces creating a fluid feel to the property. Water from the outside moat cascades down past the dining room and continues into an atrium on the lower level. The home has seven bedrooms, 14 baths, a wine cellar capable of holding 2,000 bottles, and a fitness studio with a Technogym Kinesis wall and two Peloton bikes.
Elemnti comes with two kitchens. The main kitchen features a 14-foot leathered-stone island shipped over from Italy along with appliances by Gaggenau. The smaller butler’s kitchen is more of a commercial-style setup with dual Viking stoves.
Of course, a house like this wouldn’t be complete without a number of feature rooms. There’s a wellness space that has a spa, massage area, sauna, and steam room. There’s also a cinema room with a 220-inch widescreen and a Dolby Atmos sound system that can seat 24, as well as an entertainment room with a bar and four large tv screens to watch all your favorite sports simultaneously.
The main suite defines luxury. It includes dual bathrooms, one containing a Pibamarmi tub made from Nero Marquina marble and the other a shower lined with Calacatta marble that can accommodate a dozen people. The roof also has heaters built-in to keep you warm while the walk-in closet is as big as a normal bedroom. There’s also a den, marble fireplace, and private 400-square-foot terrace offering spectacular views of the ocean.
Another highlight of this mansion is the glassed-in courtyard that contains a single olive tree imported from Tuscany. The 150-year old tree has a marble wall with water flowing down it behind it and is adjacent to a small seating area.
